“Moscatel Galego Branco is a fantastic, multifaceted grape variety, prone to exaggeration. What enchants me most is its excellent acidity and aging potential. I started working with this grape variety very late, but I was completely won over. I don't like the ripe aromas of the grape variety, I love the vegetal, citrus, floral and even tropical components when it is harvested early (very early). Working well, we manage to produce very fine wines that are aromatically restrained (without exaggeration) and that (almost) never age..."
