ALTO DA SERRA, OUR NATURE!

We are wine

In 2010, we wanted to start from scratch together!

We have always lived and worked with wine.

In 2011, we decided to embark on a new personal journey, creating our wines in the most minimalist way possible, placing great value on aging (for almost all wines), and allowing for long periods of pre- and post-bottling aging.

Our wines

Unique, limited-production lots.

Why choose us

Visiting our place, Alto da Serra, is, at the very least, a unique experience.

Why choose Quinta Alto da Serra?

Exclusive experiences, planned and prepared for each individual.

Unique Wines

Produzimos vinhos de lotes únicos, de produção limitada, com longos períodos de estágio pré e pós engarrafamento.

Create Bonds

We want to share our history and what we have experienced in the world of wine! There must be time to absorb, learn, and share.

Our Nature

We are passionate about nature, animals, wine... We practice minimalist and regenerative agriculture, raising chickens, sheep, and dogs, all of Portuguese breeds. Bees, aromatic herbs, wild fruits, seasonal vegetables...

Living Slowly

This will always be a simple and minimalist project, where wealth is, and will always be, “our nature.” We want to calmly create conditions for all who visit us to rediscover themselves.
